Meet Archana Yadav, the heart and soul behind Prana Yoga Studio. A Govt.-Certified Yoga Teacher & Evaluator, Archana’s journey into yoga began with her own search for healing and tranquility. For eight years, she dedicated herself to self-practice, discovering the profound transformative power of yoga on her body and soul. Driven by a desire to understand this ancient practice more deeply, Archana pursued formal training, earning her certification and finding her true purpose to guide others on their own path to balance, strength, and peace. With over 200 individuals touched by her teachings, Archana brings a wealth of experience and a deeply empathetic approach to her online yoga, mindfulness, and wellness sessions. She believes in the innate ability of each individual to find inner harmony and empowers her students to connect with their own inner zen and embrace their inner strength.
